Visiting Mexico’s Mayan Riviera resorts just got easier. The US airline began flying to Tulum’s new airport on Thursday, with plans to expand service to the region in the coming months.
The new flight will allow visitors to the greater Cancun area to bypass the main airport and save time traveling to Riviera Maya resorts and other attractions. Tulum’s Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport officially opened in December and services have been enhanced since then.
American Airlines and Delta Air Lines both began service on Thursday, United Airlines and JetBlue Airways also plan to fly to the airport soon, and Spirit Airlines plans to fly to the airport in the near future. There is.

American Airlines flights to Tulum
American There will be two daily flights between Dallas and Tulum, and one daily round-trip flight between Charlotte and Miami. All three cities will launch the service on Thursday.
Delta flights to Tulum
delta will offer daily round-trip flights from its Atlanta hub starting Thursday.
United flights to Tulum
united Starting March 31, the company will launch routes to Tulum from Newark, Chicago and Houston. The airline will also add daily round-trip flights from Los Angeles to Tulum throughout the summer starting May 23.
JetBlue flights to Tulum
jet blue will begin daily nonstop flights between New York (JFK) and Tulum on June 13th.
Spirit Airlines flights to Tulum
Spirit will begin daily round-trip service to Tulum from Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, but has not announced a start date for that service. Initially, it was scheduled to start flying to the airport from Thursday. reportedly does not yet have the equipment to support that service.
