Petaling Jaya: Naza Corporation Holdings Sdn Bhd (Naza Group) announced that it has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Berjaya Enviro Holdings Sdn Bhd (BEnviro), a leading company in the waste management industry.
This acquisition provides a unique opportunity for Naza Group to take on the green economy by capitalizing on growth opportunities in the municipal solid waste, scheduled waste and waste-to-energy sectors.
The completion of the acquisition marks an important milestone in Naza’s growth trajectory and solidifies its position as a leading player in Malaysia’s waste management sector.
The acquisition involves Naza acquiring seven entities under BEnviro, namely BPJ-Berjaya Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Eco Services Sdn Bhd, Save the Sea Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Enviro Parks Sdn Bhd, Amita Berjaya Sdn Bhd. Sdn Bhd, J&T Berjaya Alam Murni Sdn Bhd, and Berjaya Energy Sdn Bhd.
