Eight months after his arrest, country singer Morgan Wallen has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges in a chair-throwing incident.
On Thursday, a judge sentenced Warren to seven days in a DUI education center, two years of probation, and a $350 fine.
Warren has pleaded guilty conditionally, meaning the charges could be dropped and dismissed if he completes his probation terms.
Mr. Morgan’s attorney, Warrick Robinson IV, said in a statement: signboard“Early today, Morgan Wallen appeared in Davidson County Circuit Court, presided over by Judge Cynthia Chappell, and entered a conditional plea under Tennessee’s diversion law, which did not result in a conviction. In April, Warren was charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct for “throwing a chair from the roof at Chief’s Bar Sun.” The chair fell onto Broadway, near two MNPD officers. ”

After his arrest, Robinson told the outlet in a statement: “At 10:53 p.m. Sunday night, Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville on suspicion of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. We are fully cooperating.”
