According to the company leader, the newly combined company is California’s largest century 21 affiliate due to office count.
Thompson will continue to oversee the company’s operations and strategic direction. Tolu will lead growth initiatives such as recruitment, regional expansion and strategic partnerships.

Following the merger, all residential and commercial operations will be unified under the Century 21 Masters brand. The office will be reorganized into five geographical regions: the Bay Area, Central Coast, Ventura County/Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and San Diego.
The company says the structure is intended to provide localized support to agents and improve service delivery.
The new Integrated Services Solutions division will oversee internal operations and agent support. That responsibility includes administrative assistance, compliance, training programs, and agent services. Additional support offers include marketing resources, branding assistance, digital marketing strategies, and transaction technology tools.
