There, a waterfront villa on Meneshma Pond is on the market for a whopping $1 million. Specifically, $1 million in just four weeks, The Post has learned. This extravagant price is the highest price ever for a product of this kind on the island.

In addition to 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms spread across the main building and two additional guest residences, there is also a luxury boat for tenants to use during their stay.

Thomas Wallace of Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty, who represents the property, said the property will include a “custom-built 55-foot Nova Marine BS160, Mastercraft X26 and Zodiac Open 7.0 speedboat.” Stated.

That said, the list of amenities also includes a private dock that is 115 feet deep.

In addition to its waterfront charm, this property also offers excellent recreational facilities.
