Three months after their split, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd have reached a divorce settlement.
In court documents obtained by According to Us Weekly, the two have reached an agreement on all issues regarding their divorce.
As part of the agreement, they are to divide their assets based on a property settlement and prenuptial agreement.
The couple will have joint custody of their son Hayes, 3.
Morris agreed to pay Heard $2,100 a month in child support.
They are just waiting for the judge to sign the agreement.
Maren and Ryan signed a prenuptial agreement in 2018, but amended the agreement in October, the same month she filed for divorce.
She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup of their five-year marriage.

In December, Maren opened up about her life while going through a divorce. When she appeared on “The Howard Stern Show,” she said: share“I think a lot of people close to me have gone through this year, not just for me but for a lot of people. The two met while co-writing Tim McGraw’s song “Last Turn Home” in 2014 and began dating the following year.
She told Us Weekly: “We paired up to write songs six years ago. We didn’t know each other, but it just kind of grew from there, so our love for each other was infused with music.” has always been deeply involved.”
