After her reunion with Habibi and all the bullying and attacks she received on Love Is Blind, Lebanese model Nour El Hadj went silent on the radio. She limited her social appearances considerably and did not give interviews, even though fans wanted to hear her side of the story. However, there was a reason why she refrained from appearing in the media. Noor was “banned from giving interviews.” Yes, that’s right. Why? Because she got the law involved.
This big reveal was made by the Lebanese model herself on Hikmat Wehbi’s podcast. “Honestly, I couldn’t get an interview. Certainly, the public, who has been waiting for me to appear for a long time, has a right to know. But I involved the law in everything that was happening. I hired a lawyer and they covered everything that happened, from broadcast insults to gossip about me to bullying. So my lawyer looked at all the cases where I could say something or gaffe something and it could be used against me. I advised him not to do any interviews. That’s why I remained silent for a long time,” Noor said.
She almost filed a lawsuit against the show and its cast, but ultimately decided not to. I wonder why? Noor explained: They say, “Forgive when you can punish.” So I thought, I can hurt them the same way they hurt me. And I can get justice within the law. But I knew that this incident could cause great damage to their lives while they were still young and life was just beginning. ” Noor thought from a different angle that her actions could have a lifelong impact on others and decided not to harm anyone’s life.
At this time, the model has severed ties with most of the cast members. “Look, I honestly wasn’t going to say anything about this show, because I’ve already been honest about it. It was a long time ago, but I was so caught up in my life. We got over all of this a long time ago.”
But that’s not all. Noor also clarified why she joined the show. And no, it wasn’t for fame or exposure. “Honestly, my goal with the ‘Love Is Blind’ show was not fame, nor did I want it to open doors to any aspect of my life,” Noor also said. , admitted that she wanted to find a real-life partner on the show but was unable to do so.
