Liz Carmusch did what Liz Carmusch did. She scored yet another victory, further cementing her status as one of the best players in the world. She scored victories in submissions against bad guys and former contestants. ultimate fighter, Diana Bennett. Bennett came in with a good winning streak, but it didn’t make sense in the end. Carmouche could do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted. She eventually scored a submission victory in the fourth round to retain the flyweight belt. As for Carmouche’s future, she’s probably one of the toughest questions for her Bellator matchmakers. But the most likely answer would be the winner of the upcoming Ilima-Ray McFarlane vs. Kana Watanabe match. Between the two, McFarlane will be a new challenge for Karmusch, but it will be a fresh match for fans who are against a rematch with Watanabe, who ended in a KO after just 35 seconds into the match. I think McFarlan brings up an interesting challenge for her, and with her fighting in San Diego, there could be another interesting event in California or Arizona for her promotion. Regardless of who we see Carmouche fight, we’re glad she’s found a great home in Bellator and the star it deserves.
