Kristen Dute and Luke Broderick spoke with “Extra” at the “Valley” season 2 premiere party.
Kristen was there and said, “I feel like I’ve filmed this forever, and I felt like I finally came out and was able to talk about it.”
Teasing the drama, “I mean, Alex Baskin, the creator of our show, has also worked on the ‘Vanderpump Rules’.
Luke said, “I had fun this season, but I didn’t enjoy it in Season 1. I’m familiar with a lot of people and we have deeper friendships. I really care about these people and it makes a huge difference.”
Kristen, who suffered a miscarriage in 2023, also spoke about how viewers responded to her fertility struggle.
“It was a really amazing community of women who knew I was coming out and really appreciated saying I felt really safe to come out for those women and talked about it,” she said. “This is something I like about reality shows, docusaries, and the good things about social media. You can find these people who help you get together around you, so it’s a lot easier for people to talk to.
Doute added about her pregnancy, “It’s amazing, but I feel pretty good right now.”
The couple has confirmed that they have a baby name, but they keep it quiet! Kristen allowed “she’s named,” but Luke only added “We haven’t told you.”
Kristen said, “I had my baby shower number one with Michigan with my family. I’m just wild. ‘Did you forget to take a baby shower?” For example, it’s so crazy to think of a baby shower, but there’s one more in Brittany’s LA. [Cartwright] We’re really excited about it, too, because we’re throwing for us. ”

There are no wedding days yet. “We’re not even close,” cried Kristen, Luke said, “No, definitely not.”
Broderick said, “We’ve put a lot of effort into planning this engagement and that as soon as you’re ready to start, you’re ready to help with your wedding planning.”
Kristen said his fiancé would be “after the baby.”
Regarding the new season, Kristen said: [Taylor] And since Brittany goes through a divorce and we end up getting engaged, I think this season is a really big, crucial, transitional moment. ”
“The Valley” Season 2 will premiere on Bravo on April 15th.
