Duchess Kate returned to her royal duties in quick succession this weekend, smiling confidently and even fighting back tears.
On November 9, Duchess Kate made her first public appearance alongside other working royals at a memorial service at the Royal Albert Hall in London, along with Prince William, King Charles, and Princess Anne.
The Duchess, beaming in a conservative black dress with her hair down, paid tribute to the soldiers of World War II at a ceremony to honor the sacrifices of military personnel. I was so moved by the standing performance that I fought back tears.
