Justin Bardoni’s legal team has been fired in new court documents obtained by “Extra” by Blake Lively spokesperson Leslie Sloan.
Bardoni’s lawyer opposed the dismissal request, claiming that “the Sloan Party played an active and integral role in the conspiracy to harm the Wayfarer parties.”
The document alleges that “in a desperate effort to save Lively’s reputation and escape her rage, the Sloan Party will conspire with vibrant and integrated defendant Ryan Reynolds and the New York Times company to create a Wayfarer Party scapegoat for Life’s lament.”
“In regards to information and belief, the Sloan parties have worked for months to secretly misrepresent their listener trumpets and sinister allegations to the public,” the document allegedly claimed. “As a direct result of the actions of the Sloan parties and their conspirators, Wayfarer officials have been damaged beyond measurement. These are the facts that underpin the Wayfarer party’s allegations against the Sloan parties, which is evidence at trial.”
Sloane’s legal team responded to the document and spoke People Magazine“Once our dismissal claims came to light, Leslie Sloan and her company’s vision PR were dragged into this lawsuit to divert it from serious allegations of sexual harassment and systematic retaliation.”
They added: The claim against Leslie Sloan came as an unfounded, finger-pointed movement. We look forward to setting the record straight to fire Leslie Sloan from this lawsuit and removing Leslie Sloan.
In February, Sloan asked Bardoni to take it from a lively lawsuit and a lawsuit against Ryan Reynolds, claiming that her PR company was “tugged” in the legal battle, and that “the Wayfarer Party dragged Leslie Sloan and Vision PR.
Regarding Bardoni’s claims of fear tor, Sloan’s legal team said, “The Wayfarer party has denounced fear tor, but does not (and cannot) identify where and how the suspected fear tor occurred, or how the exaggeration is.
In a recent court hearing, Judge Lewis J. Liman described the vibrant Bardoni ugly legal battle as a “feud between PR companies.”
In December, Lively initially filed a legal complaint with the California Civil Rights Office, which allegedly Baldoni harassed her on set. She also denounced him in a smear campaign in a New York Times article. In return, he sued the New York Times, which denied any misconduct.
After that, the alive sued Bardoni, who pleaded to her back. Both parties also denies fraud.
They are set for the trial in March 2026.
