Jamie Foxx’s birthday dinner at Mr Chow ended with the comedian being hit in the face with a glass.
Now, TMZ report The altercation also involved members of the “Jackass” crew.
According to the site, a Jackass crew member who was attending a holiday party in the VIP area on the second floor sent Jamie a drink. He accepted, but did not drink because he had health problems in the past.

A waiter then came over and told Jamie to wave to the staff upstairs. Fox’s party notices the men laughing and notices that they are shining lasers on his table.
But it wasn’t just a laser, it was clearly in the shape of part of the male anatomy. According to sources, he said, “In front of my daughters?”
Jamie reportedly went upstairs with friends to confront the men, which led to a tense confrontation that ended with glass being thrown, according to some TMZ sources.
Fox reportedly told the “Jackass” staff, “It’s my birthday today, what’s going on?” before leaving for sutures.
Chow’s staff called the police, but no one was arrested.

Brian Freedman, an attorney for Dick House Productions, said, “While the crew has the utmost respect for Jamie, the version of events presented is completely inaccurate, and we believe that those who attended the holiday celebration that night It’s very unfair to them.”
On Monday, Jamie’s team told Extra: “Jamie Foxx was at a birthday dinner when someone from another table threw a glass at him, hitting him in the mouth. He required stitches. Police were called and the matter is now in the hands of law enforcement.”
Law enforcement officials told TMZ that an investigation is underway.
Over the weekend, Jamie appeared to respond to the incident on Instagram. Post A text image that says, “The devil is busy…but I’m blessed enough not to feel stressed.”

Jamie was referring to his new Netflix special, “What Had Happened Was…”, which was released on December 10th.
In the special program, he spoke candidly about how he suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and stroke in 2023 and was left fighting for his life.
