As befits the company’s name, Bespoke Sports & Entertainment’s new home in Charlotte will feature locals featuring past Charlotte athletes, from benches made of Appalachian walnut bearing the company’s familiar “B” logo. artist.
When Bespoke CEO Mike Boykin and President Greg Busch began looking for new office locations, they looked at existing office spaces, but ultimately wanted to create a space with a story behind it. I decided.
“Creating a workspace environment that not only enhances our culture of creativity and collaboration, but showcases a ‘bespoke’ approach to client work through custom design elements throughout the office is very important to us. It was important.
They chose a renovated and expanded version of the former home of Raycom Sports on West Morehead Street, about a mile west of Bank of America Stadium.
The company moved into a new 5,500-square-foot headquarters in the city’s fast-growing Freemore West neighborhood late last summer. About 20 employees work out of the office with an open floor plan with a ‘bullpen’ work area, shuffleboard, air hockey game, brainstorming lounge, and meeting rooms of various sizes. The cafe is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, two beer taps, and a selection of spirits.
The upstairs area has a covered terrace with seating for outdoor gatherings and other events.
