If you’re a movie buff, it makes you wonder what’s real and what’s not. Hypnosis it’s for you
When a detective (Ben Affleck) learns that his missing daughter may be linked to a series of high-profile bank robberies, he tries to find her and stop the secret government agency behind the madness. To do so, you must embark on a daunting journey. If you are thinking this sounds a bit like Tenet and Inceptionmixed with photographyou would be right.
Action-packed, visually stunning sequences
If there’s one thing director Robert Rodriquez knows how to do, it’s deliver big action scenes that are fun to watch.Thankfully there are quite a few of these sprinkled throughout Hypnosisand you don’t have to wait so long for the first one.
Occasionally, reality takes shape into something new, offering breathtaking visuals. Hypnotic’s CGI isn’t always perfect, but when it hits, it hits.
The movie has its fair share of heart-pounding, adrenaline-filled action scenes, including chases, fights, and explosions. Each fits the plot nicely, but they’re also fun to watch on screen.
There are twists and turns
Perhaps the best thing about this movie is how twisted it is. It seems like a simple enough story at first, but it molds and molds into something truly baffling in a good way.
The longer the movie goes on, the more things it throws at the audience, making them shake their heads in disbelief wondering how they missed a clue or hint. Some of these are a little on the predictable side, but not all are.
incredible performance
Ben Affleck isn’t the only one putting all his energy into this movie. William Fichtner is instantly pinned as the bad guy – anyone who’s seen the trailer knows. He’s intense, sometimes terrifying, and he’s one of the best parts of this movie.
As for Ben’s lead co-star Alice Braga, it’s no surprise that she’s also great in this film. He might be the most badass and powerful character in the whole thing.
overall idea
Hypnosis An action-packed thriller that will blow your mind. The entire third act, which we can’t talk much about for fear of spoilers, is an amazing sequence of events. They try to put together all the pieces of the puzzle before showing them to themselves.
The plot, acting, and massive action scenes make this an absolute must-see on the big screen. Sitting on the sofa and putting it on, it’s not the same.To the theater where you can experience Hypnosis With others who are just as overwhelmed (and sometimes confused) as you are.
At just over 90 minutes, the movie flies by quickly, so it’s okay to get stuck in the mid-credits scene. Trust me, it’s worth it, maybe, maybe, hypnosis 2.
Hypnosis Released in theaters on May 12.
