There’s nothing worse than waking up groggy and lethargic because you haven’t slept well. You need sleep to feel energized and ready to live a busy life every day. That’s when the Apple Watch can help.
How can I make my Apple Watch sleep?
Apple Watch devices come with a unique feature called the Sleep app. With this app, you can create a sleep schedule to help you meet your bedtime goals each night. As long as you wear the watch on your wrist at bedtime, the Sleep app will track your sleep patterns throughout the night and tell you how long you spent in each sleep stage (REM, core, deep).
This feature is available on all watches with the OS7 update, including Apple Watch Series 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
