1. Microsoft Photo
Windows 11 includes the Microsoft Photos app, a free default app that you can use to organize and manage your photos. This may be the most convenient option for PC users since it comes with the computer.

However, be aware that Google has changed its storage policies for Photos and Drive, which will affect how you save and organize your photos. Starting June 1, 2023, new photos and videos you upload to Google Photos will count toward the 15 GB of free storage that comes with every Google Account, or any additional storage you purchase as a Google One member.
This means that once you reach your storage limit, you’ll need to purchase more space or delete some of your content. Existing high-quality photos and videos are not subject to this change and will not count towards your storage. If deleted after June 1, 2023, it cannot be restored.
