Emily Lockard-Farley is currently the most wanted travel agent in the world – not just because people are seeking her services to plan magical vacations, but because she’s been accused of scamming her clients out of their money.
according to Fox 4 BeaumontLockard-Farley took money from clients through her company, Travelex Official LLC, but did not use the funds for travel. As a result, numerous clients are suing her. 12 News I spoke with his attorney, Rain Walker Jr., who said he is dealing with multiple complaints against the agent.
This is a story that hits close to home for many of Lockard-Farley’s clients, many of whom were members of her own community or family, her lawyers say, and they believe she has scammed them out of at least $1 million over the years.
TikTok user Corrie (translation:) portrayed some of the “small town tea” in a series of different videos.

Holidays ruined by fraud
In the video, Corley highlights the case of a luxury vacation client where a family paid $60,000 to see the Northern Lights. So how could an attendant have duped them? The woman reportedly sent them a booking confirmation but no plane tickets.
When the family was ready to go on vacation, they had to use their credit card to pay for their flight, then when they arrived at the airport, they had to pay again for a taxi on their own credit card — all while Lockard-Farley assured them that they would be refunded the money they had prepaid so they could enjoy their trip.
She was supposed to use the funds to cover the costs of each leg of the trip, but Mr Corley said the woman simply took the family’s cash and lined it in her own pocket, with no intention of using it to cover clients’ travel expenses, as many other clients have alleged.
In the case of the Northern Lights family, on top of the $60,000 they sent Lockered Farley in advance for their once-in-a-lifetime vacation, Corley said they also incurred an additional $50,000 in credit card charges.
In the same video, Cory also alleges that the travel agency defrauded his family in a business scam. News 12 She also provided references and information on how she was able to make reservations for certain parts of the trip. Apparently, the agent had used an “expired American Express card” to make the reservations. These reservations were used to trick customers into thinking everything was fine, when in fact it was not.

One person wrote, “I would not recommend doing business with Emily. I have booked $30,000 worth of trips with her over a 2 year period. I booked a $12,000 trip but cancelled in due time due to health issues. I have been asking for a refund for the past 60+ days and Emily is refusing to refund my money. She has not responded to my emails or text messages and has essentially stolen $12,000 from me. I will never ask her again.”
