“If you claim to have as many as three bed bugs every other year, it likely means you don’t have any, and it’s the same customers who want to slander a hotel and offer a free night. I have had 3 charges in the same month and I am trying to avoid them.”

“Higher-rise hotels have better beds and pillows, but you can forego them because they’re cheaper.”
