Now, nearly a year after their divorce was finalized, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are at odds, with Martinez just filing a petition for divorce order.
In new court documents obtained by Extra, Berry accuses Martinez of “failing to comply with” a co-parenting therapy agreement regarding their 10-year-old son, Maceo, that was set up in late May.
According to court documents, Martinez “discontinued” co-parenting therapy sessions in July and August without notifying Halle and Dr. Portanova in advance because she wanted to take a “summer break.”
Berry hopes the court documents will force Martinez to “continue co-parenting therapy in August.”
According to the documents, Martinez wanted to postpone the co-parenting therapy sessions because he was “traveling to France in July and his brother is visiting in August.”
The newspaper claimed Martinez could take part in the sessions via Zoom, which could be held from anywhere in the world.
The six joint sessions were initially scheduled to be completed by June 14, but the deadline was not met as the sessions continued to be postponed.
Halle said Olivier had only seen a therapist once, in June.

The paper claims that Halle has tried to resolve the issue “on his own and through his lawyers” to no avail.
Berry and Martinez married in 2013 and announced their separation in 2015, but their divorce was not finalized until last year due to unresolved custody and child support arrangements.
According to divorce documents obtained by Extra, Harry and Olivier will share joint legal and physical custody of Maceo, which will include splitting the week between multiple homes and alternating weekends.
