Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice has a message for all the fans who really want a reunion of the Spice Girls!
“Extra” caught up with the singer who shared, “I am very grateful to all my fans and to all of the other girls you know.”
She said, “If that happens, what we all say, I think it’s the most respectful thing I say, even if I’m honestly honest.”
Jeri is currently focusing on her writing career.
The bestselling author has returned to her second novel, “Rosie Frost: Ice on Fire.” In the new book currently out, young Rosie begins a new adventure to find out who killed her mother.
She said, “It’s probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done. The spiritual stamina of completing a novel gets bigger like you remember what you did with that bit. It’s like ‘Oh, my God’. It’s huge to really show up, but when you see the cover and response, there’s something really thrilling about it and I think, “Wow…she’s worth it.” ”
Halliwell said that Rosie and all the characters are to emphasize, “Because of the normal, vulnerable people, imperfections of the heroes within us, “it’s for all of us.”
Jeri finds her work as an author, similar to singing as part of Spice Girls, explaining that “they both contain storytelling, connections and emotions.” She said, “When writing songs or stories through videos, it’s like a coffee shot, espresso, the story is a feast. It’s a seven-course meal.
She also stated that submitting the manuscript and reclaiming all the editing is very similar to the collaboration needed to join the band.
Jeri said, “You have all of this joint trust and conversation throughout the work… If there’s enough love there, “Okay, I choose to go and choose, you’re going to push, you’re really going to push,” or I know you have a point there.
“Rosie Frost: Ice on Fire” is out now.
