Season of the Force, which celebrates all things Star Wars, is being held at Disneyland from April 5th to June 2nd, 2024.
Season of the Force in Galactic Grill
While most of the signature items can be found in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Galactic Grill is also offering some new and returning items for the occasion.
galactic grill is located in Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park, across from Star Wars Launch Bay and Autopia, to the right of the Little Green Men Store Command.
Bangsa Burger – $15.99
Angus beef and vegetable patty, marinated pork belly, American cheese, Asian coleslaw and sambal sweet mayonnaise on toasted brioche bun, served with Cutie’s Mandarin Orange or fries
This burger was what could be considered pretty okay overall. But I was surprised by the level of aggressive spice.
There was some flavor from the pork belly, but I could almost taste the intense heat and spice from the coleslaw.

Felicien fries – $13.49
Waffle fries, pork chorizo, chile de arbol cheese sauce, black beans topped with avocado tomatillo sauce, green onions, and Oaxaca cheese.
We love the name of this dish, but that might be the only interesting thing about this dish, since it’s just a slightly above average spicy cheese fry. I appreciate that Disney went with waffle fries instead of standard fries. Because it holds up well to toppings.
Félicien fries are served with generous amounts of chorizo and black beans, and are drizzled with sauce. The average cheese fries fan will want to expect this, since the chile de arbol cheese sauce provides some level of spiciness. However, for locals, this is considered to be the ideal level of spice. Avocado tomatillo sauce adds acidity but doesn’t do much to cool the dish.
If you’re in the mood for some spicy cheese fries, I think this is a good choice, but it’s not memorable.

Wookie Parfait – $7.49
Chocolate sponge cake, chocolate pudding and caramel mousse on a chocolate coffee crust and garnished with chocolate pearls.
Like everything else at Galactic Grill, this Wookiee parfait is nothing special.
It had a faint coffee flavor and was very tasty, but I found it to be about the same taste as other parfaits served at Galactic Grill. If it’s not a big problem for you, it might be worth a try.

Watermelon Slush with Death Star Glow Cubes – $12.19
I found the watermelon slush to be quite refreshing, but nothing to write home about. For us, it’s the same slimy stuff everywhere.
Another potential downside is that you can’t order slushies without getting the Death Star glow cubes. That means you’ll have to pay about $13 for one slushie.
However, glow cubes light up in different colors.

Granny Smith Apple Slush with Millennium Falcon Glow Cubes – $12.19
Granny Smith Apply Slush is quite sour, but still delicious. Again, this is your average theme park slasher that comes with a hefty price tag, thanks to the obligatory glow cubes.
This drink contains Millennium Falcon glow cubes.
