Women are a huge force in professional wrestling, and a future queen of the ring may soon be on the scene. metro detroit.
The women will fight for a cause, and if they are declared the winner, they will coincidentally be awarded a large gold belt.
The New Edge Pro Wrestling Women’s Championship is special because eight women from across the country will compete for the championship belt, and who will benefit from the show.
“In fact, this is New Edge Pro Wrestling’s first ever Women’s Champion Shout-Out,” owner Sean Tyler said.

“It’s great for me because these women finally have a chance to really show what they’re capable of,” Tyler said.
The proceeds will be used to support women in abusive or abused situations.
“We’re doing this show for homeless women and children’s shelters. They help children and women deal with new skills and things of that nature to essentially improve their situation. and we have programs to help them learn,” Tyler said.
Not only can fans see the action, they can also rest knowing they are helping someone with every ticket purchase.
The show itself will show how far women’s wrestling has come.
“If you look at women’s wrestling 20 years ago and look at it now, it’s a completely different ball game,” Tyler said. “Women are almost, if not already, at the same level as men, and in some cases even surpassing the level of other male wrestlers.”
And above all, it is an inspiration for young fans.
“This is a good way for women in our industry to inspire women outside of our industry and show strength in things that maybe 10 to 15 years ago we didn’t think women could do. .And now it shows that anything is possible.’Women can really do whatever they want,” Tyler said.
The show to see who will take home all the money will take place on December 22nd. The bell time is 7:30pm, but the doors open at 6:30pm.
