The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office said it had reviewed the content and said that Tomavsky received pictures of a 6-year-old girl being sexually abused by an adult through an app.
In December 2022, authorities executed a search warrant for the home of Mr. Tomavsky, who lived with his mother, and found fewer than 1,000 child sexual abuse materials on devices owned by Mr. Tomavsky.
Tomavsky is reportedly charged with having sex with a child, conspiring to endanger the welfare of a child, permitting child pornography, and possessing child pornography.

Tomahusky is being held at the Salem County Correctional Facility in Mannington Township, New Jersey.
Christie’s campaign did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
