Florida has once again set the standard for America’s fight against illegal immigration. With the passing of the country’s most aggressive immigration crackdown, we stand as President Donald Trump works to restore the rule of law, protect our communities and secure our borders.
President Trump made that clear. America needs a strong country that takes critical action against illegal immigration. Florida answers the call. The law we just passed will strengthen our partnership with federal immigration enforcement agencies to ensure that illegal foreigners do not slip through the cracks. Working in partnership with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), we prioritize intelligence sharing, destroying cartel networks and deporting violent criminals.

In addition to strong cooperation with federal agencies, Florida is taking bold steps to protect its residents. The illegal aliens who committed the most terrible crimes (murders and child rape) face the ultimate consequences of Florida with forced death penalty. Additionally, members of illegal alien gangs receive an automatic maximum statement, staying behind the bar and not returning to the streets of the community. These policies send you the unmistakable message that Florida is not a safe haven for criminals.

Securing elections is just as important as securing borders. Florida does not allow illegal voting to undermine our democracy. Any illegal alien trying to vote or anyone promoting such fraud will face a felony charge. The integrity of our election cannot be negotiated.
It is ensuring that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely while strengthening enforcement. That means eliminating illegal foreigners’ in-state tuition fees and prioritizing resources to Florida families and legal residents. They also expanded detention space for ice summary to ensure that illegal foreigners of crime are quickly eliminated, rather than being released into the community. Florida refuses to become a sanctuary for the Lowbreaker.

To coordinate these efforts, Florida has established the State Immigration Executive Committee. The board consists of three elections from the governor and the statewide Florida Cabinet, working closely with federal agencies to monitor illegal immigration trends, and local law enforcement agencies will support immigration enforcement. Ensure you have the tools you need to do. With this bill, Florida sets national standards for strong, conservative leadership on immigration. Some of the other states have cave into the radical left open border agenda, but Florida stands firmly.
