The invitation-only opening ceremony of the BAPS Hindu Temple built by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha in the UAE capital will be attended by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 14, 2023.
The complex pink sandstone and white marble structure in the emirate’s Abu Muleiha district reportedly cost 350 million dirhams ($95.3 million) to build.
There are two weeks left until the inauguration ceremony on February 14th, and the Hindu temple will be open to the public from February 18th.

The masterpiece, said to be the largest in West Asia, cost an estimated 400 million dirhams (approximately 850 million rupees) to create.

However, with thousands of international visitors coming to the UAE to tour the Mandir this month, authorities have advised UAE residents to visit the BAPS Hindu Temple from March 1, 2024. I’m urging you.
A week-long celebration is reportedly set to begin at the venue from February 15th to February 21st. The lineup includes talks on prayer, harmony and peace, and special themed events.
As previously announced, the BAPS Hindu Temple will open to the public on February 18, 2024, four days after its consecration ceremony in Abu Dhabi.
