Universal Orlando’s newest theme park won’t open until 2025, but guests will soon get their first look at everything the park has to offer: Universal CityWalk Orlando’s Epic Universe Preview Center opens this week.

The preview center was open for a minimal preview but is reportedly scheduled to open to all guests on Thursday, June 13, 2024.
The Preview Center will give guests their first look at the new theme park, which is set to open in 2025. Construction walls were demolished after signage was installed last week. The Preview Center will showcase an Epic Universe theme park model with augmented reality capabilities. Guests can download the Epic Universe Preview Center app to see models of dragons, coasters and more in person.
The Epic Universe Preview Center will also have a variety of merchandise from the new park. Previously, there have been some Epic Universe and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk merchandise on sale. Now, there are new collections for Dark Universe, Ministry of Magic, and even Super Nintendo World. This is the first time that Super Nintendo World merchandise will be sold featuring “Universal Orlando Resort.” Stay tuned for a full post with all the merchandise and prices!
Epic Universe includes five areas: Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, How to Train Your Dragon – Berk Island, and the Dark Universe. The park is also home to Universal’s Helios Grand Hotel. Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort The nearby facility is scheduled to open in early 2025.
