The Calabasas ranch, owned by former Warner Bros. executive Bob Daley and his wife, hitmaker Carol Bayer Sager, is on the market for $24.995 million.
Known as Oaktree Ranch, the property spans approximately 19 acres and includes a 7,500-square-foot three-bedroom main residence, janitor’s house, eight-horse stables, and the stable manager’s office .
A pool, one-bathroom cabanas, and lighted tennis courts are available.
Records show that since June 1999, Daly and Sager have owned a ranch consisting of two separate lots that they purchased within days of each other. In July of the same year, the Los Angeles Times reported that the couple paid her $6 million for a “17.4-acre ranch.” in the hills of Malibu. The couple also purchased her adjacent 1.43-acre land for $825,000, which is the location of the janitor’s home at the entrance to the ranch, according to county documents.
Daly and Sager commissioned architect Mark Rios to design the main building, a rustic modern ranch completed in 2003.
Inside the wood and glass residence is an open concept floor plan with cathedral vaults, skylights and two staircases. A wall of bookshelves lines the staircase to the primary suite, which occupies the entire second floor and features an office, spa-like bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms connected to a private bathroom, gym and home office. The main level contains the main living area and kitchen, opening onto the breakfast nook.
Other highlights include two enclosures, chicken and pigeon coops.
Daly told the Wall Street Journal: report As you can see on the list, he has ponies, miniature horses, goats, chickens and pigeons on his ranch.

Daly, 86, is an entertainment boss who led CBS Entertainment and Warner Bros.
