Father and son Eugene and Dan Levy will be the hosts for the evening, and they promise a truly epic evening celebrating the best of TV movies.
“It’s an incredible honor for us to actually be up on stage and host,” Eugene said.
Dan and Eugene’s hit show, Schitt’s Creek, won nine Emmy Awards during its six season run.
“Television is a big part of our lives,” Eugene pointed out.
Dan is definitely qualified to offer this advice about awards speeches: “Just feel everything, then regret it later.”
“The Bear” is riding high with a record-breaking 23 nominations and head chef Jeremy Allen White on board. Could the Hulu hit be a big winner at the 2024 Emmys?
“The General,” which topped the list with 25 nominations, also boasted overwhelming popularity in the drama category.
In addition to seeing who’ll take home the gold medal on Sunday, be sure to check out the fashion and accessories on the red carpet.
Renowned jeweler Neil Lane hinted at what to look out for: “Expect to see a lot of midcentury bling. You’ll see a lot of big diamond cuffs and necklaces. Instead of one necklace, you’ll see three.”
To celebrate the biggest night in television history, Robin Roberts will produce an Emmy Awards special called “The 76.”Number “The Emmys: My First Night with Robin Roberts” premieres tonight at 8pm/7pm ET/PT on the ABC Network and will then be available to stream on Hulu.
