Donald Glover is opening up to fans about his health issues.
The Childish Gambino frontman explained to X that he was recently hospitalized and needed surgery.
“After the show in New Orleans, I went to a hospital in Houston to confirm the apparent illness,” he wrote. “Testing revealed that we would not be performing that night, and further testing revealed that we would not be able to perform the remainder of our U.S. tour in the requested time.”

He continued, “Right now we have surgery scheduled and it will take some time to heal. The road to recovery will have to be taken seriously. With that said, we are currently planning on having surgery for the rest of our North American tour. We have made the difficult decision to cancel our UK and European dates.”
Grover argued: “All I want to do is bring this show to my fans and perform. Until then, I appreciate your love, privacy, and support.”
“Tickets will be refunded at the time of purchase,” he said.
This was to be Childish Gambino’s last tour.
