Bonnie Chapman lost over 60 pounds. And she reveals about her weight loss journey!
The 25-year-old daughter of bounty hunter Dog and his late wife Beth Chapman. said Eh! News that she had struggled to lose weight for years, but thanks to weight loss pills, she was able to achieve her goal.
“I’ve been trying to lose weight since I was probably 18,” Bonnie said. “And it was very frustrating to always try and keep trying. I’ve been on a Mediterranean diet. I’ve been on a Paleo diet. I’ve been on a diet my whole life, so something that would show me results. I needed it.”

She was prescribed Ozempic, which she “hated” because it made her nauseous, and eventually tried Tirezapatide instead.
Chapman had to take anti-nausea medication to keep from feeling sick, but explained, “Once I took that, I was fine for the rest of the week.”
From there, she was able to reduce her dose. “Once I started noticing that I was getting full a lot faster, I was actually able to eat half of my meals. And I was like, ‘Okay, I’m good now. I feel really fulfilled.’ I really felt like I was getting something out of it, and it helped me build some really good habits, even if I didn’t take it for a week or two. Even I can eat less and it really helps me stay healthy. Weight loss. ”
“The thing that made me gain the most weight was sushi,” she said of her diet, explaining that she now limits herself to “once or twice a month.” She also tries not to eat too many sweets and likes to eat homemade kale chips and berries instead.
Chapman, who is 4’11” tall, said going from 196 to 130 was impressive.

“I’m not going to lie, I cried a few times,” she confessed. “Because I thought, wow, this is what I’ve wanted my whole life.”
she continued. “I’ve struggled with weight issues since pre-adolescence. I’ve always been a big friend. I’ve always been a big girl.”
Bonnie also suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) as a teenager, which affected her hormones.
She said going to the gym left her feeling “tired”, adding: “I felt like my hormones weren’t keeping up and that only made things worse.” will benefit more Body weight when working out. I’ve tried hormonal balance training, but nothing seems to work. I think I’ll go to the sauna. But it felt like nothing was working. ”
She’s been doing well lately. “When I look at the scale, I’m not scared,” Bonnie said. “I’m not looking at those numbers and overanalyzing them. I’m not looking at my BMI score. All I’m looking at is numbers that tell me how much my flesh and bones weigh. ”
Bonnie continued, “The last time I felt really good was probably in high school, and I thought if I could get to this weight I’d be happy. And when I reached that goal, I was overjoyed. I finally felt like I was me again. ”
