Friel was excited to see Harry and Meghan even from afar, but was disappointed with what had happened to her photo.

Friel could clearly see Meghan’s white coat and matching hat and Harry’s bright red hair when he got out of the car and walked up the steps to the cathedral. Even with it, the couple in the photo were so far away that I could hardly see them.
Then came the following report: the couple was booed when leaving the service. Friel did not hear the boos, but royal historian Marlene Koenig, who was in another section of the crowd, told an insider that she did hear the boos.
