John Doe has filed a lawsuit against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging he sexually assaulted him at a party in 2022.
The high-profile LA party was for Diddy’s Ciroc vodka company, which is no longer affiliated with the brand, according to documents obtained by Extra.
The documents also include photos from the party, during which Diddy invited the plaintiff, who owns a luxury car and jewelry rental company, to his office, where the alleged victim wanted to discuss business. states.

Combs is currently in prison after pleading not guilty to charges of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation of prostitutes. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
Over the weekend, Combs was hit with five other lawsuits, including one in which he is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

Combs’ lawyers have not responded to the lawsuit, but have filed a motion “for an order prohibiting further extrajudicial statements by prospective witnesses and their attorneys that would substantially impede their right to a fair trial.” Submitted.
