Southwest Elite members can quickly track their path to delta status
Southwest is one of the qualifying airlines for the Delta Medallion Status Match Challenge. Typically, A-list stats will play against Medallion Silver, the lowest elite group in the Delta, but if A-list is prioritized it will match the Gold Medallion.
However, for a limited time, Delta is offering a boost to Southwest Elite members. If a status match between now and September 30th is approved, you can change the Southwest A-list status to Gold Medallion status and the A-list can be turned into a Platinum Medallion.

You must also be registered with Skymiles at least 30 days in advance before registering for a status match offer. And within the last three years, as a member of Skymiles, he must have flew on at least one delta marketing flight, with fare classes higher than the basic economy.
