Malibu’s celebrity neighborhood, home to Jennifer Aniston, Lady Gaga and Nicolas Cage, is ablaze after the Franklin Fire broke out Monday night.
NBC News report The fire broke out at 11 p.m. and exploded over 2,500 acres. The fire has now jumped the famous Pacific Coast Highway and is headed toward the Malibu Pier. The content rate is 0%.

A further 6,000 people were warned that they may need to be evacuated.
The fires couldn’t come at a worse time, as Southern California was already under red flag warnings for Santa Ana winds that could help fires ignite and spread.
Local news station KABC add At Pepperdine University, a temporary evacuation center was set up on campus, and all classes and finals for the day were subsequently canceled.
The agency added that tens of thousands of people were without power as the winds could damage electrical equipment and start fires.
