Workers will spray mosquitoes in some areas of the Susquehanna Valley on Thursday night. Cumberland County spray crews will spray from dusk until 11 p.m. in parts of the following municipalities: Pennsborough east of Camp Hill and 19 in the west, according to the Lemoyne Worm Leesburg county communications officer. - Lumoyne
- warmiesburg
There were 19 positive samples for West Nile virus this summer, according to the county’s public affairs officer. At this time last year, there were 31.

- Shippensburg

Spraying York County
The crew spray mosquitoes at Fairview Township at 9pm.
The York County Mosquito Control Authority said it had detected large numbers of adult mosquitoes that could carry West Nile virus in the area.
If it rains, the crew will spray on Tuesday, August 15th.
