Country couple Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires claim their marriage is over after nearly 11 years.
Approximately two months ago, Jason filed for divorce in Tennessee, citing irreconcilable differences.
In court documents obtained by According to People Magazine, Jason lists their separation date as December 3rd.
Isbell is seeking joint custody of her daughter Marcy, 8.
