of Multiple Listing Service Council announced new board members for 2024 on Tuesday. The MLS industry group announced that the new directors will take office on January 1, 2024.
The two new directors elected to the Board of Directors are Justin Haag, General Counsel and incoming President and CEO; Northwest MLSand Chris Haran, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer Mered In Illinois. Mr. Haag and Mr. Haran were both elected to serve three-year terms on the Board of Directors.
CEO Matthew Consalvo said: Arizona MLS (ARMLS) was re-elected to a second three-year term.

CMLS has announced new executives who took office in October. CEO Nicole Jensen said: Real MLS In Florida, he was elected secretary and treasurer. Deonna Hall, Florida-based CEO Beach MLS, will serve as chairman. CEO John DiMichel Toronto Regional Real Estate Board He was nominated as the next chairman. CEO Jim Yoeckel said: Upstate NY Real Estate Information Services, Inc. He will serve as former chairman. The term of office for all four executives is one year.
CMLS’ new board members and executives join the industry association’s leadership at a challenging time for the industry. The industry is currently facing multiple lawsuits over real estate agent fees and policies governing what listing agents must do to list a property. MLS.
