“The Boys” star Claudia Doumit is speaking out about the pressure to get plastic surgery in Hollywood.
During a recent Comic-Con panel, Doumit revealed that he had planned to get a nose job if he made it in Hollywood, but has since changed his mind.
She told fans: “I’m half Lebanese, half Italian, and I have a beautiful nose. It’s very strong. From an early age, I was like, ‘When I get my first job, I’m going to get a nose job. I’m going to get paid for it, and then I’m going to get a nose job.'”
Doumit said he felt pressured to have the surgery “for years.”
“Then I got my first job, but I didn’t get a nose job,” Claudia elaborates. “When I got my next job without a nose job, I was like, ‘I’ll do it now,’ but I didn’t get a nose job. Then I got jobs, but I didn’t get a nose job. One day I realized I was getting jobs because of the way I looked, and I was like, ‘Oh, I already have a job, I don’t need a nose job.'”
Before her buzz as Victoria Newman on “The Boys,” Doumit appeared on the NBC show “Timeless” and was a voice actor in the video game “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.”
Doumit also fell in love with her The Boys co-star Jack Quaid.

She said she loves life and added, “I’m doing what I love and doing it with the way I look. It’s not the traditional narrative. It’s not what a lot of people consider beauty. But I think it’s beautiful and I’d love to see more big noses on women on screen. So, go for it, baby.”
A few days ago, “Extra” spoke with Jack after “The Boys” made its big appearance in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con 2024.
He reflected on how “surreal” the experience was, recalling his first Comic-Con five years ago when no one knew what the show was.
Jack also reflected on what Hughie went through in season four, saying he hopes it will lead to “a lot of wins” in the fifth and final season.
