Christine Quinn and Christian Richard are officially over.
On Friday, Richard filed for divorce after two years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
In court documents obtained by According to Us Weekly, Richard is seeking full legal and physical custody of their son Christian, as well as visitation rights with Quinn.
Richard is also asking the judge to terminate his spousal support.
He did not mention the date of separation.
Last month, Richard was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon at his home in the Hollywood Hills.
In a statement obtained by Extra, the Los Angeles Police Department said: “On March 19th at approximately 2:00 p.m., LAPD officers were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Queens Court for a domestic incident.” During the dispute, the victim and suspect became involved in an altercation. The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle. He threw the gun at the victim, but it missed the victim and hit a child nearby. The child was not transported and was treated at the scene, and the suspect was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. ”
LAPD said the child was not taken to the hospital, but another source said: Said Page Six reports that their 2-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumonte, ended up in the ER. They said, “Christine left the house and got into the ambulance with his son.”
Richard later disputed Quinn’s claims and even filed his own restraining order against her.

Richard denies the domestic violence allegations and asks the judge to use “legal enforcement around him”.
According to court documents: obtained by According to TMZ, Richard got into an argument with Quinn over their two dogs, claiming that the dogs had not been ransacked in the house and that they had allegedly urinated on some of his property inside the house. .
When Richard approached Quinn about the incident, he claimed he saw Quinn in his bedroom with cleaning supplies.
He said he became upset and threw a garbage bag containing dirty rags and paper towels against the wall, denying that there was glass in the garbage bag.
In Richard’s version of the incident, he did not throw the bag at his infant son.
Richard claims that after the bag was thrown, Quinn took her son to another room and that the police showed up soon after. Richard was arrested wearing a white bathrobe.
After the argument, it was reported that Quinn was “planning” to file for divorce, but it appears Richard filed for divorce before she did.
