After serving one customer only toppings and another a $50 steak, Chipotle was attacked again for unauthorized substitution of a customer’s order after running out of necessary ingredients.
TikTok user @_uhmanda went viral in a video calling out to Chipotle, who handed him a bowl of quesadilla fillings when his store ran out of tortillas.
In the video she says: I feel like I’ve been pranked by Chipotle. ”
TikToker says she and her boyfriend ordered quesadillas for pickup via the Chipotle app to “beat the Sunday scare.” When she opened her bag and saw her bowl of burritos instead of the segmented tray that quesadillas are usually served on, she knew something was up. she knew, she says.
“So I’m already thinking, ‘Hmm, maybe they’ve run out of quesadilla containers.’ Then I see this,” she says.
She then projects an image of her order behind her and points to a sticker on the container that says, “No more tortillas.”

“What I was about to show could be a nightmare because I wasn’t prepared for what I was about to see,” continues TikToker.
The clip then transitions to another photo in which bowls appear to be filled with various ingredients.
“If you’re wondering what you’re looking at, this is fajita veggies, meat, a whole container of salsa, and a bowl of sour cream,” she says. It’s missing all the ingredients: ‘queso’ (cheese) and ‘dilla’ (tortilla). ”
“I want my money back,” she concludes.
Another user who watched the TikToker video was not at all happy with how Chipotle handled her order.
Another was surprised that Chipotle charged her the price of the quesadilla even though she didn’t give it to her.
One TikToker even said he also suffered from quesadillas while in Chipotle.
