What was going on during the Bucks’ practice Wednesday was even harder to decipher. Because of the wind and rain, the Bucks practiced indoors. They were also wearing T-shirts without helmets or shoulder pads, so it was a walk-through so to speak.
Heading into practice, the players everyone wanted to know about were inside linebacker Lavonte David and cornerbacks Carlton Davis and Jamel Dean. Due to the nature of the walkthrough, you could see David and Davis with their teammates, but you couldn’t really tell how involved they were. He was a little easier to understand because Dean couldn’t see it at all.

What we didn’t realize at the time was that another starter ended up sitting out and injuries seemed like a big factor. Devin White was seen participating in practice, but from the looks of it he wasn’t participating.
After practice Todd Bowles said If the game had been played earlier, many players would not have been able to participate this week.
“If there was a game today, it would probably be Labonte.” [David]Devin [White] and [Jamel] I don’t think Dean would have played,” Bowles said. “Let’s see how their injuries go this week.”
White, David and Dean all missed practice. The good news is that Carlton Davis is limited, so at least it gives the Bucs more flexibility at corner.
Safety Ryan Neal practiced in the secondary as well. He still has his hand wrapped in plastic wrap because he injured his thumb. Neal has drawn the ire of Bucs fans, but his presence helps give the Bucs room to deploy Dee Delaney in a variety of ways, including corner and safety.
It was an indoor walk-through. #backs Because they were just wearing T-shirts.
I saw ILB Lavonte David, CB Carlton Davis, S Ryan Neal, and LT Tristan Wirfs.
CB Jamel Dean is nowhere to be seen.
Neil still has the plastic wrap wrapped around his hand.
