Few of those names, their personalities, and of those players could compare it to the defender Simeon Rice. Rice will be honored for his contributions to the organization as he will become the latest enrollment in the team’s Ring of Honor, according to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times.

Given his control, this honor should not be the only thing the US has postponed. Pairing 69.5 bags of rice, 67 tackles for loss, 19 forced fumbles, 2 Pro Bowls, 1 All Pro Selection as a BUC with 51.5 sacks, 24 tackles for loss, 9 forced fumbles, and Pro Bowl selection is Cardinal’s solid football hall of fame. That fight continues, but for now, “The Sackmasta” is the next member of the 2002 Championship team and settles to immortalize his name inside Raymond James Stadium.
In a way, the rice induction makes Bucs Ring of Honor feel more complete. The team that won the 2002 Super Bowl is well represented within the stadium, but No. 97 is a key member of the missing team. That’s not the case anymore after this year.
