Please tell us about the highlights of your career at a brokerage firm.
I think our greatest achievement was when we first announced our partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate and opened a new brokerage firm. Our retention rate was an amazing 98.5%, despite the fact that all 168 agents had moved to an entirely new company without knowing the details.
This was a big milestone for us and we didn’t lose any clients during the transition. In fact, we experienced exponential growth in our first month, which is very rare in the industry.
Name 3 people you admire
There are three people I really admire. The first is author Stephen Covey. 7 habits of highly effective peopleHis books inspire us to be more productive and we strive to follow his teachings.
Second is Steve Jobs, who revolutionized the world of technology and changed the way we work. His innovation and vision have had a profound impact on the world.
Finally, I appreciate the authenticity and authenticity of Richard Branson. He has always remained true to himself and his passion. This has helped him build a great empire despite the ups and downs along the way.I believe his authenticity contributed to his brand and ultimately to his success. .
How did you get started in real estate?
When I was 18, I started working in real estate while attending USC as a way to finish college. While the other kids were at school and partying, I was working and obsessed with real estate and trading. People started to recognize my name.
What are the best predictions for 2023?
Heading into the spring, I think house prices will stabilize. Despite market volatility due to rising interest rates, we expect prices to remain relatively stable due to the shortage of properties.
What do you want all agents to know?
If you want to be successful in this business, you have to put all your time into it, especially if you are a new agent. As a new agent, your day should be spent prospecting, which means finding new clients.
When I was a rookie, that was all I did every day. You need your clients to generate sales, and you have different ways of generating leads, whether it’s a soliciting phone call, knocking on the door, or taking the client out to lunch or dinner. You need to identify the way you are most comfortable getting new clients and you should actively pursue it. Ultimately, as you become more successful, clients will come to you Become.
