President Biden seems to be attracting classified documents to the point that some people think campers attract tornadoes. They happen inexplicably.
After publicly declaring that he had “no regrets” finding classified material illegally stored in various locations, Mr. Biden said if it turns out “there’s nothing there,” the special counsel Assured the public that the investigation would soon fade.
Well, there’s a lot more out there, and “there” is yet another find at Joe Biden’s private residence.
A search of Biden’s home in Wilmington on Friday found six new, clearly marked classified documents, bringing the total to about 30 classified documents. The latest search came nearly three months after it was first found in a DC office closet.
Biden’s ‘no regrets’ remarks on classified documents are infuriating and really, really ridiculous
But the president and the White House argue that the documents were all the result of “careless mishandling,” and that Biden knows nothing about their storage over the past six years or so. There is a point where it becomes incredibly miraculous.
When this scandal began, I questioned the inadvertent claims in the light of one simple fact. These classified documents were probably deleted in 2017, but were split up and distributed elsewhere. These locations have now grown to at least four: a closet, a garage, a library, and a new location at the Wilmington mansion. This suggests that they were transported and sent to different locations multiple times for their purposes.
The most obvious purpose was that Biden was working on a book that discussed some of the underlying subjects such as China and Ukraine. However, Biden claims he never had his knowledge or interaction with the documents.
In other words, these documents seem to miraculously appear everywhere Biden has worked or lived in the last decade. He possessed them without knowledge or intention.

The use of FBI agents in this latest search contrasts with previous searches and only expands previous questions as to why the FBI reportedly declined invitations to conduct searches.
There is no confirmation yet of where the documents were found in the residence or their classification level.
The latest batch of documents easily establish “serious mishandling” of classified material, a standard being investigated by the Special Counsel. The only question is who is to blame, with President Biden portraying himself as a mere walker who was “surprised” over and over again by the discovery of classified documents in his home. He pretends to be shocked that classified material is being handled at this facility and is becoming President Claude Rains.
However, Biden’s worst critic may be Biden.
In 1977, Delaware senator Biden attacked President Jimmy Carter’s nominee for director of the CIA for mishandling classified documents. As with the current scandal, Ted Sorensen was accused of having documents for a book job. Senator Biden expressed his characteristic disgust at the mere thought of his possession.
There was no evidence of bad faith, but Biden argued that it didn’t matter. The “real question”, he argued, was “did Mr. Sorensen deliberately exploit the ambiguity of the law or carelessly ignore it?”
After all, Biden continued, “If he does, can he now keep the intelligence agency’s activities within the strict limits of the law? If so, we must hold the DCI responsible as well.”
In particular, some of the recently discovered classified documents may date from the Biden Senate era more than a decade ago.

Mr. Biden has previously said that he was “better at expressing disgust than responsibility.” As for Sorensen, Biden couldn’t imagine a justification for a candidate to allow such improper handling of classified material, but “it’s not there” as president.
Biden continues to speak out against himself with amazing determination. His defense that some documents were kept in his “locked garage with my Corvette” may go down as one of the dumbest statements in modern political history. Hm. Then, just before more classified documents were discovered, he continued with his “no regrets” comment (and assurance of “not there”).
The special counsel doesn’t mind the defendant making a fool of himself, but he doesn’t want him to participate in such public appearances. His claim that there is no such thing seems more and more implausible.

In fact, if witnesses or forensic evidence show that Biden had contact with any of these documents over the past decade, this dubious defense takes on a far more ominous appearance. We will establish an effort to deceive the public and prosecutors.
Yet, even after the latest batch was found, supporters like Biden and Sen. Chris Coons, Democrat-Dell, continue to argue that “there’s nothing there.” These continued denials now border on deliberate blindness, and the public reaction is likely to mirror the president’s favorite catchphrase, “Come on, man.”
