“Severance” star Adam Scott and director Ben Stiller spoke to “Extra’s” Billy Bush about the second season, which was finally released after nearly three years.
In addition to chatting about the show, Ben reflected on the 2008 film Tropic Thunder and whether it would be made today.

“There’s been some back and forth about that over the years, yeah,” Ben said. “Look, Tom Cruise — one of my favorite humans and one of the greatest movie stars of all time — it would be fun, but nothing’s going on. But we’ve talked about it in the past. It may happen.”
As for “Severance,” Adam, who stars on the show about people who choose to completely separate their work and personal lives, talked about his work-life balance.
“My work-life balance has been completely turned upside down and dysfunctional in every way,” said Adam, who runs a production company with his wife Naomi.
“It’s great to work with my wife Naomi. We get to spend as much time together as possible, which is great. The company is great and it’s working incredibly well. I owe a lot of it to her,” Scott said. “But when it comes to work-life balance, I don’t have any hobbies. I don’t really do anything unless my hobby is watching TV, which I don’t think is a hobby.”
Meanwhile, fans and the internet are obsessed with the office romance between Christopher Walken’s Bart and John Turturro’s “Barbing” Irving, and that Ben was actually the one who suggested Walken for the role. reveal.
