“This is amazing!!! I have a chair that once got torn to pieces when my cat was a kitten. Even though it was new, it broke within 6 months. I live alone and no one comes, so I’m facing the chair with the dream of reupholstering it someday. I’ve seen articles about defusers, but never used them, and I always thought they were for sweaters and freshly curled stuff, not whole thread rips. A few days ago, I saw a review of someone who used it for thread fraying and immediately purchased it. It arrived today, so I cut the thread with scissors. Very easy to use and did a great job! I probably spent a total of 90 minutes working and partially cleaning the entire oversized chair. It looks brand new! Nice chairs are back!
