Hannah Ann Sluss and Jake Funk are officially husband and wife!
“The Bachelor” alum and the NFL player married at a castle in Tuscany on June 15, People magazine reported. Reports.
The couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony, with Hannah telling the magazine, “We decided to be just the two of us and really focus on the commitment and importance of marriage,” adding, “It’s easy to get caught up in the glitz and glamour.”
The reality TV star added, “So it just made the most sense and meaning to have a wedding that was just for us.”

Hannah, who walked down the aisle to Italian music, wore a dress she picked out at a Nashville wedding studio and told People magazine, “It was exactly what I wanted. It was simple, yet elegant and timeless.” Jake wore a classic tuxedo straight out of Gentleman’s Playbook. See the photos. here!
The couple also had their initials engraved on their wedding rings, which Jake’s father also did. “It was a way to honor his father and carry on his tradition,” Sluss said. “Often there’s a lot of customization for girls, but for a boy, we thought this was really special.”
The couple had actually never been to Tuscany and had planned to explore the region before heading to Switzerland for their honeymoon.
Sluss and Funk had a small wedding ceremony but plan to fly to Miami next month for a larger reception for friends and family.
“Combining the two just made sense for us,” Funk, who plays for the Detroit Lions, explained. “Doing both allows us to have a real honeymoon without having to wait until football season is over.”

Sluss added: “We plan to kick-start our married life by going to meals and cooking classes and teaching my husband how to cook.”
Speaking about their wedding plans, she said: “I think it’s important to do things at your own pace. We wanted our family to be involved and present, so we had a family celebration, which was really nice for us, because at most weddings I’ve been to, there’s a lot happening at once.”
Her advice to other brides is to “do whatever makes you and your husband feel best and what excites you the most.”
The two went public with their relationship in 2022 and got engaged in 2023.
