Ariana Madix has spoken out in response to Tom Sandoval’s lawsuit.
Last month, it was reported that Sandoval sued Madix over a video of Rachel “Raquel” Revis that was found on his phone. The suit stemmed from a lawsuit Revis filed against Tom and Ariana. Sandoval later claimed in a now-deleted Instagram message that it was all a misunderstanding and fired his lawyer.
The topic came up during Maddix’s appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen this week, when a fan asked Ariana if she believed Tom’s version of events.
Madix just shrugged.
Cohen continued, “What was your reaction when you saw that? You were pretty outraged.”
“It was a really bad day,” Ariana admitted.
Andy told her he hoped “the bad days are over,” and Madix laughed and said, “That’s great.”

After news broke in July that Tom was suing Ariana, he took to social media to clarify the matter.
Sandoval Claimed He posted on Instagram, “I am not suing Ariana. The lawsuit against Ariana filed on my behalf is being dropped. I have no ill will or vendetta against Ariana. By dropping both the counterclaim and the attorneys who recommended it, I hope to bring this litigation to a quick end so that Ariana and I can finally move forward with our lives.”
Explaining what happened, Sandoval said, “Late Tuesday afternoon, Matt Geragos, an attorney I trusted, called me regarding a cross-filing of a lawsuit against me and Ariana. He assured me that the lawsuit was customary and strictly preemptive in this type of litigation, and urged me to agree to it. The words ‘new lawsuit’ and ‘sue’ were not clearly communicated to me. I should have done more due diligence on this matter. Upon understanding what this action would actually mean, I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team.”
