Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn Birkhead, turns 18!
The teen celebrated with a goth makeover at the Beetlejuice Afterlife Experience in Los Angeles.
Her father, Larry Birkhead, posted a photo of her on her special birthday. Instagram.
“Dannielynn celebrated her 18th birthday with friends and family by joining @beetlejuiceafterlife.exp and @beetlejuicemovie and had an amazing, out of this world experience,” Larry wrote.
He continued, “Of course Dannielynn found a Hot Topic store and got herself a spooky costume to have some fun with! 😆 Happy 18th birthday Dannielynn!”
Dannielynn picked a long black dress with a spider web pattern for her special occasion and completed the look with heavy eye makeup and black lipstick — and in one photo, she even poses with Beetlejuice!
Larry celebrated Dannielynn’s birthday with a photo montage. Instagram To the tune of “Humble and Kind.”
He wrote, “Happy 18th birthday, Dannielynn! You are my entire heart. I love you more than words can express. I hope you continue to walk that path of ‘humble kindness’ and spread the love you’ve been given to so many. I’m so proud of you.”
Larry concluded with, “Happy 18th Birthday ❤️ Love you, Dad.” I’m not crying, you’re not crying #happy birthday“
2023, Rally Open Regarding Dannielynn’s future, she spoke to People magazine, saying that at the time she was a senior in high school and had already received letters of recommendation from colleges.
“It’s one of those things that every parent goes through,” he says. “You don’t want your child to get out of control, but you know they have to.”
Dannielynn hasn’t yet decided which school she’ll go to or what she’ll study there, but she revealed she is interested in forensic science.
“She’s taking a forensic science class in high school and she enjoys it, so we’ve started talking about that, and I love watching ‘Dateline,’ so that’s great,” Larry joked, “so we’re on the same page in that regard.”
“They teach you how to solve a murder, they give you clues, and then they say, ‘This happened, this happened,’ and it’s fun,” Larry added. “I actually took this in college, so I was able to talk to her with a little bit of knowledge, and she’s interested in it.”
But he is not too adamant about his daughter becoming a forensic scientist, knowing full well that young people’s interests change: “That’s how kids are. Today they say one thing, and tomorrow they’re interested in something else.”
