The next generation of the award-winning The Room Business Class will soon fly on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

The news was announced at the Paris Air Show, where Ana showed off a mock ceremony of the new seating called FX in the room.
Room FX, or “Future Experience,” is a narrow, modernized version of the existing seats found in the Select Boeing 777-300ers. Ana has worked with Savran and Acumen to work with seat maker and designer Acumen to further customize the product as it has a smaller cabin than the Boeing 777.
Perhaps the most notable feature of the new seat is that it will be re-employed in advance, Similar to Finnair’s business class products. You can adjust the reclining a bit to create a sofa-like configuration, but you can’t fully customize the adjustment.

Other enhancements to the room’s FX products include additional charging options such as QI wireless charging pads and USB-C ports, and Bluetooth audio connectivity pair wireless headphones to a 24-inch 4K monitor.
Like existing The Room products, all seats have sliding privacy doors that can be closed after takeoff.
The seats are arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration. This means that all passengers enjoy direct aisle access. The seats alternate between forward and rearward, while the business class spreads across two cabins on ANA’s redesigned Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

There are six rows of seats in both the front and rear cabins, with a total of 48 business-class pods.
Overall, the introduction of rooms should be a major upgrade for travelers flying the Ana’s Boeing 787. Existing products have direct access to the aisles, but are more private, spacious and modern than rooms.
In addition to the new Biz Cabin, Ana will introduce new Premium Economy and Economy Cabins to the Dreamliner. This cabin retrofit program was the first It was announced in April Both cabins include new Recaro Recliners.
ANA is scheduled to begin modifying the jet in 2026. Note that only Dreamliners flying on long-distance international routes will receive cabin upgrades.
